Who we are.
Aska Agency AB ("Aska", "we") is the data controller for personal data collected through the Aska Insights demo signup. Contact: hello@askaagency.com.
What we collect.
When you request demo access we collect: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), and any message you send us. For security we also store a hashed identifier of your network address for rate-limiting, kept for 90 days. When you use the demo, standard account and usage data (logins, pages viewed) is processed to operate the service. The demo dashboard contains only fictional data.
Why we process it (legal bases).
- To create your demo account and give you the access you requested — performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To follow up with you about Aska Insights and our services — our legitimate interest in business-to-business communication with someone who has expressed interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time.
How long we keep it.
Demo signups and lead records are deleted after 18 months of inactivity. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Who processes it for us.
We use Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the EU) and Resend (email delivery; transfers safeguarded under EU-approved mechanisms). We never sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Your rights.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Sweden: IMY). Email hello@askaagency.com and we will respond promptly.
